Do I need to buy inventory?+
No. As a drop-ship dealer you order from us only when your customer orders from you, and we ship straight to them.
Can I set my own prices?+
Yes, at or above our minimum advertised price for each product. That keeps every dealer on a level field.
Who pays for shipping?+
Same rules as our retail store. In the US, orders over $600 USD ship free to the lower 48, and smaller orders are billed at our actual shipping cost. In Canada, we bill our actual carrier cost on every order. Either way, you decide what to charge your customer.
How do brewing systems ship?+
Larger systems ship by freight. When you order, give us your customer's delivery details: business or residential address, whether a liftgate is needed, and a phone number for the carrier.
Who looks after warranty claims?+
Our standard warranty covers everything sold through dealers. Your customer contacts you first, and we work it out together with you and your customer.
Can I advertise on Google and social media?+
Yes, using our photos and product information. Just don't bid on our brand names in search ads, and keep advertised prices at or above our minimums.
Can I sell MCED glycol chillers?+
Yes, the BEF-02, which we keep in stock. Larger MCED models are sold by quote directly from us, so send those customers our way.
Can I stock floor models?+
Yes. Once you are selling with us, ask about stocking-dealer pricing for systems and parts you keep on hand.
Do you work with dealers outside North America?+
The dealer program is for businesses in the US and Canada.
