A pilot-scale 1 BBL jacketed conical fermenter — 31 gallons of finished beer per batch, rated to 15 psi pressure. Side 12" pressure manway for yeast pitch and cellar inspection; 3" rotating racking arm with sight glass; 2" butterfly trub-dump at the apex; 1/2" NPT glycol jacket interface for connection to any commercial chiller.

Choose between the Current build (partial body jacket, in stock, ships 5-10 days) and the Updated build (fully jacketed body + base, exterior insulated, pre-order for fall 2026 — matches our 3-5 BBL spec). Same vessel volume, different jacket coverage — pick by lead time and budget.
