If you’re in the US, you never pay tariffs, duties or customs fees on a Bräu Supply order. We pay them before your order ships, and they’re already in the price you see.
How it works
- We pay the tariffs and duties. They’re already in the price on the page. Nothing is added for them at checkout.
- We clear customs. Your order ships from Vancouver, BC. We file the paperwork and pay the brokerage, so you never deal with a customs broker.
- It arrives with nothing to pay. The courier delivers it like a domestic parcel: no customs form, no broker, no bill at the door.
Our no-surprise guarantee
If a carrier ever asks you for a tariff, duty or brokerage fee on a Bräu Supply order, contact us and we’ll pay it. Already paid one? Send us the receipt and we refund it.
What you pay
- Orders of $600 or more: the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping to the lower 48 is free, and tariffs and duties are already paid.
- Orders under $600: tariffs and duties are still paid by us. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Sales tax: added at checkout only in states where we’re required to collect it.
- Alaska and Hawaii: contact us for a shipping quote before you order.
Questions we get
Will I get a duty bill from UPS or FedEx? No. If you ever do, contact us and we’ll pay it.
Are your prices in US dollars? Yes. US visitors see every price in USD.
What if tariffs go up after I order? Your price is set when you check out. If tariffs change after that, that’s on us.
