A jacketed conical fermenter rated to 15 psi pressure — sized for homebrew through small-batch pilot. 304 stainless steel, dimpled body jacket, 60° conical bottom with butterfly trub-dump valve, side sample port. Standard 1.5" and 2" tri-clamp throughout.
Pair with any tri-clamp hot side — drop chilled wort in through the top manway, pitch yeast, seal the band clamp. Ferment under pressure or spund on the tail end for natural carbonation. Cooling is the Step 3 add-on (water kit, glycol kit, or turnkey with the MCED BEF-02 chiller) — the jacket fittings are the same regardless. Add cooling later without changing anything else.
