3 and 5 BBL inherit everything that makes BräuPro work at smaller scale — two dedicated vessels, jacketed conical fermentation, standard tri-clamp throughout. We're not reinventing the system, just scaling it.
Two-vessel architecture
DrainPro mash tun + jacketed conical Unitank — same workflow as 1 BBL, scaled to production output.
Tri-clamp throughout
Every connection is standard tri-clamp. No proprietary fittings. Same parts ecosystem as the rest of the family.
Glycol-jacketed Unitank
Full glycol fermentation control — required at this scale. Sized for single-batch capacity, expandable for parallel tanks.
Single- or 3-phase electric
Built for 240V single-phase or 208/480V three-phase. Electric element heat: no steam, no gas, no boiler licensing.
CIP + production accessories
Sprayball CIP, carbonation stone, transfer kit, racking arm, hop drop, spunding valve — all included by default.

When will the 3 BBL and 5 BBL be available?+

How is the 5 BBL different from a typical 5 BBL?+
Three things. Electric, not steam — direct-element heat eliminates the boiler license, the steam plumbing, and the gas line. Two-vessel BräuPro architecture — DrainPro mash tun + jacketed Unitank, same workflow as 1 BBL, no extra vessels. Standard tri-clamp throughout — every fitting on the system is industry-standard, no proprietary parts.
Am I committing to anything by joining the waitlist?+
No commitment. Joining the waitlist means we contact you first when build slots open, with pricing and the spec sheet, and you can decline with no obligation. No deposit. We use the waitlist to plan production, so an honest signal helps us more than a deposit.
Can I deposit now to lock my spot?+
Not yet. We don't take deposits until the specs are final, and waitlist members hear first. Joining is free and non-binding.
Will accessories from smaller BräuPro carry over?+
Most do. Tri-clamp fittings are standard so 1.5", 2", and 3" parts are cross-compatible. The element, controller, and 6" stone scale up — different SKUs but same family. Mash tun and Unitank vessels are size-specific.
