The 10 gallon Unibräu is the most compact expression of the platform, delivering the same stainless construction, tri-clamp architecture, and process control found in larger systems—scaled for home and pilot-scale brewing.

Configuration Levels

Unibräu is offered in three progressive configurations. Each level builds on the previous one, adding capability without duplicating core components. This allows the system to scale with your process over time.

Base System — Pump Included

The Base System provides everything required to mash, boil, and recirculate wort in a single vessel. It is the foundation of the Unibräu platform.

  • 10G stainless tri-clad brew kettle with tri-clamp ports
  • Perforated stainless grain basket with recirculation port
  • ULWD heating element (tri-clamp mounted):

  • SmartTemp SV2 EzBoil controller with thermowell

Adds a complete wort chilling solution for faster knock-out and improved repeatability.

Complete System Kit

The Complete System Kit enables the full Unibräu workflow, adding filtration, sparging, and steam management components for maximum process control.

Includes everything above, plus:

  • Large HopBlock™ filtration system
  • Tri-clamp sparge arm
  • Steam condenser with outlet tube
  • Heating element upgrade kit
