Unibräu is Bräu Supply’s foundational all-in-one electric brewing system, designed for brewers who value control, consistency, and a clean, efficient workflow. Originally introduced in 2014, the Unibräu platform has been refined continuously and is trusted by advanced homebrewers and professionals alike.

Recognized as Best Electric Homebrewing System by The Spruce (2023), Unibräu delivers commercial-quality results through a streamlined mash-to-boil process—without unnecessary complexity or disposable components.

The 30 gallon Unibräu is the highest-capacity system in the Unibräu lineup, designed for brewers producing larger batch sizes, higher gravity beers, and pilot-scale production—while maintaining the same all-in-one workflow and modular architecture.

Configuration Levels

Unibräu is offered in three progressive configurations. Each level builds on the previous one, adding capability without duplicating core components. This allows the system to scale with your process over time.

Base System — Pump Included

The Base System provides everything required to mash, boil, and recirculate wort in a single vessel. It is the foundation of the Unibräu platform.

  • 30G stainless tri-clad brew kettle with tri-clamp ports
  • Laser-cut stainless grain basket with recirculation port and lifting lugs
  • ULWD 5500W heating element (tri-clamp mounted, 240V)
  • SmartTemp SV2 EzBoil controller with thermowell
  • Integrated brew pump with quick-disconnect silicone tubing
  • Sanitary tri-clamp fittings and gaskets
  • Polished interior with gallon and liter volume markings

With Pump + Chiller Kit

Adds a complete wort chilling solution for faster knock-out and improved repeatability.

Includes everything in the Base System, plus:

  • Counterflow wort chiller with tri-clamp connections
  • Quick-disconnect water hose kit with stainless QDs
  • Chiller Essentials Kit

Complete System Kit

The Complete System Kit enables the full Unibräu workflow, adding filtration, sparging, and steam management components for maximum process control.

Includes everything above, plus:

  • Large HopBlock™ filtration system
  • Tri-clamp sparge arm
  • Steam condenser with outlet tube
