Mejore su fermentador Unitank con nuestra válvula de espunding ajustable de primera calidad, diseñada para un control preciso de la presión y seguridad integrada. Esta válvula compacta, fabricada totalmente en acero inoxidable, le permite mantener la presión durante la fermentación y carbonatar su cerveza de forma natural, todo ello mientras protege su tanque con una válvula de alivio de presión (PRV) integrada. Fabricada íntegramente en acero inoxidable 304: sin piezas internas de plástico.
Ajustable de 0 a 2 bar (0 a 29 psi) mediante un pomo estriado para un ajuste rápido y preciso.
Mantiene una presión de fermentación estable y permite la carbonatación natural.
La PRV integrada libera automáticamente el exceso de presión para garantizar la seguridad.

¿Por qué usar una válvula de espunding ajustable?


Fermentar bajo presión reduce los ésteres y sabores no deseados durante las fermentaciones a temperatura cálida. Acelera la maduración (lagering) y le permite carbonatar su cerveza de forma natural, sin necesidad de CO₂ forzado. Esta válvula le brinda un control total sobre su entorno de fermentación, mientras que la PRV integrada mantiene su tanque seguro en todo momento.


¿Va a realizar el spunding por encima de 15 psi? El Unitank se envía con una PRV de 15 psi que viene ajustada de fábrica y puede regularse con una llave Allen. Auméntela según sea necesario y mantenga siempre cualquier ajuste por debajo de la presión de trabajo de 30 psi del tanque.

Good investment

I bought the BrauPro 1BBL All in one with the Unitank a couple months ago and I am beyond impressed with this system. I am a long time home brewer and well seasoned with my old 5gl all in one, but this system is way beyond the possibilities of that. Its taken my homebrew to the next level and I think the quality is better because I also purchased the glycol chiller (worth every penny!).
The best part is I can now make beer for our Oktoberfest and other parties throughout the year without sacrificing all the brew time for my old system. My first batch was 30gl and batch two and three were both 20gl they all tasted great!
Stephen has been excellent to deal with, he responds in a timely manner and is very knowledgable. But best of all you get to deal with him not some ignorant customer service rep, he really cares about his product and clients. I live in San Diego and shipping was great. My system was palletized very nicely and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would reccomend Brau Supply to any friend and family, and would buy from them again.
