The Bräu Supply 40 Gal (150 L) Unitank is a sanitary, pressure-rated conical fermenter engineered for pilot and nano brewery use—and advanced home or pro setups running true 1 BBL brewhouses. Built from sanitary 304 stainless steel at 1.5 mm thickness and rated to 15 psi, it supports pressure fermentation, spunding, cold crashing, closed transfers, and in-tank carbonation with a fully tri-clamp, serviceable layout.
Cooling: This model uses a fully welded glycol jacket on the cylindrical body (body-only jacket). The cone is not jacketed.
The welded glycol jacket wraps the cylindrical body for efficient cooling without internal coils. This keeps the interior fully open for inspection and cleaning while providing stable fermentation temperature control using a glycol chiller (or tap water where appropriate).
Rated to 15 psi (1 bar), the Unitank is designed for pressure fermentation, spunding, and oxygen-minimized transfers. Pair it with standard brewery tri-clamp hardware to move beer to kegs or brite tanks without exposing it to air.
Every product-contact connection is tri-clamp for sanitary serviceability. Smooth internal geometry and an unobstructed interior support manual cleaning and CIP spray ball cleaning. No hidden threads, no hard-to-service seals—built for repeatable brewery cleaning standards.
This fermenter is named by maximum capacity. Typical working volume depends on fermentation style, headspace requirements, and dry hop approach.
