The Bräu Supply 13 Gal (50 L) Unitank is a compact, pressure-rated conical fermenter engineered for advanced homebrewers, pilot brewing, and R&D environments that demand professional cold-side capability. Built from sanitary 304 stainless steel at 1.5 mm thickness and rated to 15 psi, it supports pressure fermentation, cold crashing, closed transfers, and in-tank carbonation using a fully tri-clamp, serviceable layout.
Working volume: Designed for a ~10 gal batch size (typical working volume). Maximum capacity is 13 gal (50 L).
Cooling: This model uses a fully welded glycol jacket on the cylindrical body (body-only jacket). The cone is not jacketed.
The welded glycol jacket wraps the cylindrical body for efficient cooling without internal coils. This keeps the interior fully open for inspection and cleaning while providing stable fermentation temperature control using a glycol chiller (or tap water where appropriate).
Rated to 15 psi (1 bar), the Unitank supports pressure fermentation, spunding, and oxygen-minimized transfers. This allows brewers to naturally carbonate, ferment warmer with reduced ester formation, and move beer without exposing it to air.
All product-contact connections are tri-clamp for sanitary serviceability. Smooth internal geometry and unobstructed access support both manual cleaning and CIP spray ball use. No threaded fittings, no hidden crevices—built for repeatable brewery cleaning standards.
This fermenter is named by maximum capacity. Typical working volume depends on fermentation style, headspace requirements, and dry hop approach.
