10 Gallon Tri-Clad HLT (HERMS) Complete Build

The 10G Tri-Clad HLT is a compact hot liquor tank designed for HERMS systems. Built from thick-wall 304 stainless with a tri-clad base, it delivers efficient, even heating across gas, electric, or induction. Six welded 1.5" Tri-Clamp ports and a 50' stainless HERMS coil make this the foundation of precise, repeatable mash control.

This is a complete build: includes 50' HERMS coil, four butterfly valves, dip tubes, end caps, gaskets, and clamps. Heating element sold separately.

This 6-port layout is optimized for HERMS hot liquor management. All fittings are 1.5" Tri-Clamp for sanitary, modular connections and easy cleaning.

  • Front Drain Port: Primary outlet for hot liquor transfer
  • High Recirculation Port: Maintains uniform temperature and reduces stratification
  • HERMS Coil Ports (2): 50' stainless coil with Tri-Clamp connections for consistent mash temperature control
  • Element Port (rear low): Accepts electric heating element (sold separately)
  • Thermowell/Probe Port (rear low): Accurate temperature monitoring and control
