1650W ULWD Tri-Clamp Brewing Element – 120V

Compact ULWD heating element for small-volume brewing and precise temperature control.

The 1650W Brewing Element is an ultra-low watt density (ULWD) heating element designed for small batch brewing, HERMS coils, and maintaining stable mash temperatures. Its low watt density allows controlled heat input without scorching, making it well suited for recirculating mash systems and auxiliary heating applications.

The element mounts via a 1.5" tri-clamp flange for quick, sanitary installation into compatible vessels or HERMS coil ports.

Constructed from mirror-polished 304 stainless steel and measuring 9" from flange face to element tip, the element is easy to clean with a simple PBW soak—no scrubbing required.
