UPDATED OPERATION & SAFETY MANUAL

Ultra-Low Watt Density Brewing Element – 1.5″ Tri-Clamp | 1650W / 2500W / 5500W

Overview

These fold-back style electric brewing elements are built to deliver clean, even heat with low watt density — reducing scorching and improving brew day consistency. Constructed from polished 304 stainless steel, they install via 1.5″ tri-clamp and feature an L6-30P quick disconnect plug for safe, tool-free use.

Choose from three power options to suit your brewing system:

  • 1650W (120V) – for standard wall outlet brewing
  • 2500W (240V) – mid-range power for efficient heating
  • 5500W (240V) – high-output for larger batches

Installation

  1. Mount the element into any 1.5″ tri-clamp port using a gasket and clamp.
  2. Plug into an appropriate power source via the included L6-30P connector.
  3. Only use with approved brewing controllers for safe cycling and temperature control.
  4. Ensure element is fully submerged in liquid before powering on.

⚠️ Dry firing will cause immediate element failure and void warranty.

🔌 Power & Controller Compatibility

  • 1650W (120V): Includes 6′ cord with standard 5-15 plug
