The 5500W ULWD Brewing Element is a high-power ultra-low watt density heating element designed for electric brewing applications requiring fast heat-up and stable temperature control. Its ULWD design minimizes localized heat stress, making it suitable for wort heating, recirculation, and HERMS-based systems.
The element mounts via a 1.5" tri-clamp flange for quick, sanitary installation into compatible vessels or heating ports.
Constructed from mirror-polished 304 stainless steel and measuring 14" from flange face to element tip, the element is easy to clean with a simple PBW soak—no scrubbing required.
