Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Bräu Supply, we take pride in providing premium brewing equipment designed for performance, reliability, and efficiency. Every vessel and accessory we produce is built to professional standards to help you brew exceptional beer. We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The following outlines our policy regarding warranties, returns, and cancellations.


Warranty

Warranty and support apply to the original purchaser only.
Our stainless steel vessels are guaranteed for 36 months from delivery when used under normal brewing conditions and properly maintained.
Electrical components (controllers, pumps, elements, etc.) are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty — typically 6–12 months — and other accessories for 12 months.

If the product is found defective under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Warranty coverage is limited to equipment repair or replacement; labor, ingredients, shipping, and other incidental costs are not included.
Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or commercial abuse is not covered.


Returns

If you need to return an item, please email info@brausupply.com within 30 days of delivery to request authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must be the original purchaser.
  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Tanks and large items must be secured to a pallet and shipped in the original crate or packaging, just as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved returns are subject to the following deductions:

  • Original shipping costs (including any built-in or discounted shipping charges).
  • Return shipping costs, if arranged by us.
  • A 10% restocking fee on the product price.

Items returned in non-original condition or missing components may incur additional deductions or be refused entirely.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no cost before shipping.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the return policy above.


Refused Shipments & Customs Duties

Bräu Supply ships domestically and internationally.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country or carrier.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Any carrier surcharges or customs return fees will be your responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing your order.


Shipping

You are responsible for paying the cost of returning your item.
Shipping charges (including those built into the product price) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Bräu Supply cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
