Universal Mounting: Easily attach the condenser to the upper port of 10G or 20G kettles and Unibräu brew systems, enhancing flexibility in your brewing setup.

Indoor Brewing Solution: Ideal for indoor brewing with tap water, the Steam Condenser efficiently eliminates steam during the boil.

Simple Installation: Connect a water supply to the condenser, cover your kettle, and let the cold water flow. The 304 stainless mixing nozzle ensures effective steam conversion back into water.

Considerations for Optimal Use:

Proper Drainage: Drain to the sink or a 5-gallon pail, ensuring efficient steam removal.

Flow Control: Maintain the lowest water flow while effectively removing steam to enhance the condenser's performance.

Controller Integration: When using EZboil controllers, lower the output to prevent boil overs.

Safe Boil Volume: Ensure the boiling wort stays below the condenser port to prevent escape.

Discharge Tubing Precautions: Avoid submerging the discharge tubing, and prevent it from forming a trap to ensure proper water flow.

Recipe Adjustment: Adapt your recipes to accommodate reduced boil-off volumes, typically adjusted downwards by approximately 25% when using the Steam Condenser.
