The 30G Tri-Clad HLT is a purpose-built hot liquor tank for HERMS systems at larger batch sizes. Thick-wall 304 stainless with a tri-clad base ensures even heating on gas, electric, or induction. Six welded 1.5" Tri-Clamp ports and a 50' stainless HERMS coil deliver stable, repeatable mash temperatures with sanitary, modular hardware.

This 6-port layout is optimized for hot liquor management and HERMS heat exchange. All fittings are 1.5" Tri-Clamp for sanitary, tool-free assembly and cleaning.

  • High Recirculation Port: Maintain uniform HLT temperature and reduce stratification
  • HERMS Coil Ports (2): 50' stainless coil with Tri-Clamp connections for precise mash temperature control
  • Element Port (rear low): Efficient electric heating (element sold separately)
  • Thermowell/Probe Port (rear low): Accurate temperature monitoring and control
