I wanted to share with you our newest addition the Bräu 10 gallon mash tun. We've got the 10 gallon size in stock right now, and we're filling out the line with 20 and 30 gallon sizes over the next couple of weeks. Also, we're working hard on bringing in 15 gallon and 50 gallon sizes and full HERMS breweries with cUL and UL ratings.
You already know how special our modular designed Unibräu brew system kettle is, and our mash tun is based on this. It now comes standard with a Tri-clamp port at the top of the kettle, making it easier to accessorize your kettle. The narrow slot prevents grain from getting through and potentially clogging your pump while the overall open area is around 30% and guarantees to outperform ALL of our competitors designs in flow rate, making stuck sarges a thing of the past.
Bräu Supply's Mash Tun comes with a butterfly and a ball valve to accurately control the flow over your grain bed. All necessary fittings included.

The mash run is interesting. Is there any thought on how a current Unibrau V3 owner could use the the new 10g mash tun in an innovative 2-vessel design?

Hi John, yes we’re working on releasing a customizer and an upgrade kit for current Unibräu owners to integrate a fermenting vessel into their brew setup which will allow them to increase batch size, and eliminate liquid transfer. Hopefully we’ll release an update over the next few weeks on this.
