Yes, apparently it's possible to make a steam condenser for your Unibräu all in one brew system out of the chiller you already have!  Check out this video upload from Glenn on how it's done.  Glenn uses our counterflow plate chiller, and using just a Tri-clamp extension he adds it to the top port of the Bräu Supply brew kettle.  Then he flows water through the chiller to turn the escaping steam from the boil into liquid which he recaptures.  We think it's ingenious!

 He calls it the condensate steam killer.
