The MCED BEF‑100 is a full-sized, high-output glycol chiller designed for professional beverage producers managing large fermentation volumes or multiple vessels. Powered by a 1 HP compressor and delivering 8,179 BTU/hr of cooling, it’s ideal for fermentation temperature control, cold crashing, and conditioning on a commercial scale.
The BEF‑100 runs on 220V power and includes a 17-gallon glycol reservoir with one built-in circulation pump (a second pump is optional). It’s compatible with Chiller Watch™ remote monitoring technology, allowing you to upgrade to full system visibility and remote alerts when needed.
