1.5" Tri-Clamp 25PSI 0.25MPa Pressure Gauge

25 PSI Pressure Gauge – 1.5″ Tri-Clamp

Precision Monitoring for Pressure-Fermented Beer

Designed specifically for conical fermenters and pressure-capable brewing vessels, this 25 PSI (0.25 MPa) pressure gauge gives you accurate, real-time monitoring of internal tank pressure. Built for both reliability and clarity, it’s the perfect tool for dialing in fermentation under pressure, monitoring carbonation, or keeping an eye on closed transfers. The stainless steel body connects directly to any 1.5″ tri-clamp port and features a large, easy-to-read dial for quick checks at a glance.

Accurately reads pressure up to 25 PSI (0.25 MPa).
Essential for pressure fermentation and carbonation monitoring.
Stainless steel construction resists corrosion in demanding brewery environments.
1.5″ tri-clamp connection allows fast, sanitary installation.
Large, easy-to-read dial provides clear pressure readings at a glance.
Compatible with Unitanks, brite tanks, and any sealed brewing vessel.

Applications

Fermenting under pressure
Spunding or natural carbonation monitoring
Closed-loop transfers
Brite tank or keg pressure reference
Safe tank pressurization during CIP or storage

Install this gauge on any 1.5″ tri-clamp port to keep your brewing process controlled, consistent, and under pressure.

Installation

  1. Sanitize the gauge thoroughly before installation.
  2. Mount the gauge on a dedicated 1.5″ tri-clamp PRV or accessory port.
  3. Ensure the gauge is oriented upright for accurate readings.
  4. Do not overtighten the tri-clamp; a secure gasketed connection is sufficient.

💡 Recommended location: the lid or upper tri-clamp port on your Unitank for clear visibility and safe pressure reference.

🧪 Operation

Once installed, the gauge will provide real-time pressure readings during all stages of the brewing process.

Use it to:

  • Monitor pressure during fermentation under pressure
  • Confirm spunding valve settings
  • Track carbonation levels during natural conditioning
  • Monitor headspace pressure during closed-loop transfers or CIP

⚠️Note:This gauge is not a pressure relief device. Always pair with a dedicated PRV for overpressure protection.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Remove the gauge after use and rinse exterior with clean water.
  • Do not fully submerge or soak the gauge dial in sanitizer or cleaning solution.
  • Clean the tri-clamp end and gasket area with non-corrosive brewery-safe cleaners.
  • Store dry in a clean, protected environment.
  • Inspect the dial face and lens periodically for fogging or moisture. If present, replace the unit.

⚠️ Avoid high-pressure spray or exposure to steam.
